Stefan A. Bretscher's musical passion began early on at the age of 4 when he received his first S-horn. At ten he progressed to the slide trombone. His early teens marked the beginning of his journey as a percussionist and began with the base drum. Since then Stefan has continued to hit every sort of drum he could find from clay drums to the Djembe. His role as the lead singer of the Swiss band Mutu lasted 15 years.
